Leonard Griffin (American Football)
Leonard James Griffin Jr. (born September 22, 1962) is a former American football defensive end who played eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was selected by the Chiefs in the third round of the 1986 NFL Draft The 1986 NFL draft was the procedure by which National Football League teams selected amateur college football players. A fumble in gridiron football occurs when a player who has possession and control of the ball loses it before being downed (tackled), scoring, or going out of bounds. By rule, it is any act other than passing, kicking, punting, or successful handing that results in loss of ball possession by a player.
