Leo Valentine is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Brian Bovell. Despite being on the show for over three years, Leo has not been involved in any major storylines, however does serve as a comedic character. In March 2010, it was announced that Leo was one of 16 characters to be axed from the show; he left in August 2010. Storylines Backstory Leo is the estranged husband of Diane (Pauline Black), the father of Calvin (Ricky Whittle), Sonny (Devon Anderson) and Sasha (Nathalie Emmanuel). He left Diane and his children in 1993, where he returned to his mistress Valerie Holden (Samantha Giles). Years before, she had given birth to Danny ( David Judge) and in 1992 she gave birth to Lauren ( Dominique Jackson). Bryan Kirkwood
Bryan Kirkwood (born 1976) is a British television producer. He was the producer of the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'' from 2006 until 2009, and was the executive producer of the BBC soap ''EastEnders'' from 2010 until 2012. He returned as the executive producer of ''Hollyoaks'' in late 2012, before leaving again in March 2021. His final episodes aired in June of that year. In 2022, he returned to EastEnders as a writer. Richard George Whittle (born 31 December 1979) is a British actor. Whittle first came to prominence as a model for Reebok in the early 2000s. Gaz Bennett is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Joel Goonan. He debuted on-screen during the episode airing on 25 November 2008. Warren "Foxy" Fox (also known as Mike Jones) is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', portrayed by Jamie Lomas. Myra McQueen is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks'', played by Nicole Barber-Lane.
