Lekartów is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pietrowice Wielkie, within Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the Czech Republic, Czech border. It lies approximately south-east of Pietrowice Wielkie, west of Racibórz, and west of the regional capital Katowice. Its seat is the village of Pietrowice Wielkie, which lies approximately west of Racibórz and west of the regional capital Katowice. The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2019 its total population is 6,908.
