Lehragaga
Lehragaga is a town and a municipal council in Sangrur district in the Indian state of Punjab. It is near the border of Punjab and Haryana. Haryana is about 15 km from Lehragaga. It has a railway station. In lehragaga there are many schools, colleges and financial institutes. To distinguish it from the other Lehras in Punjab, its name had been modified with the addition of Gaga (an adjoining village). Lehragaga is a block, sub-division and vidhan-sabha constituency as well. History Lehragaga was the part of the princely state of Patiala, founded by Baba Ala Singh. Barbaric Muslim rulers were assassinated by Bhai ManiSingh from this place. After that, a Gurudwara was constructed here. Here, a fair is also held to honor of the memory of Bhai mani Singh. Lehragaga was named by Mohan Garg. He was very kind to poor people; if someone had any kind of problem, then he helps them with money or other things as the person needed. Sangrur District
Sangrur district is in the state of Punjab in northern India. Sangrur city is the district headquarters. It is one of the five districts in Patiala Division in the Indian state of Punjab. Neighbouring districts are Malerkotla (north), Barnala (west), Patiala (east), Mansa (southwest) and Fatehabad (Haryana) and Jind (Haryana) (south). Sangrur consists of the cities of Dhuri, Lehragaga, Sangrur, and Sunam. Other cities are Bhawanigarh, Dirba, Khanauri, Longowal, Cheema and Moonak. Changali Wala
Changaliwala is a village in Sub division Lehragaga in Sangrur district in the state of Punjab. It is located 40 km to the south of District headquarters Sangrur, 149 km from State capital Chandigarh. Earlier the village was called Kartarpura, named after Numberdar Kartar Singh. Lehal Kalan
Lehal Kalan, village is located at in 9 km southeast of Lehragaga, in Sangrur district of the Punjab, was visited by Guru Tegh Bahadur, who halted briefly on a sandy mound, about 400 metres west of the village. An old farmer from the Lehal Kalan village, Arak by name, served him, and received instruction from him. Bhai Arak constructed a simple memorial at the mound in honour of the Guru. His descendants continued to manage it until 1883 when Bhai Mall Singh, a mahant of Dhamtan, constructed the square domed Manji Sahib which still stands. This is the seat of the holy Guru Granth Sahib. A large marble floored hall, with a square sanctum, completed in 1980, caters for larger gatherings. Gurdwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib now attracts on special occasions. Within the Gurdwara compound lias been built the samddh of Baba Arak. On 15 August 2022, the PIN system celebrated its 50th anniversary.
