Lego Masters (Australian Season 1)
The first season of Australian reality television series ''Lego Masters'' premiered on the Nine Network on 28 April 2019. Hamish Blake was announced as host and Ryan "The Brickman" McNaught was announced as Judge. Production Auditions for the series opened in June 2018, however no network had commissioned it at that time, filming would take place between October and December. The series was commissioned in July 2018 by the Nine Network, The series was officially confirmed at Nine's Upfronts in October 2018, also announcing the series will be hosted Hamish Blake. Hamish Blake
Hamish Donald Blake (born 11 December 1981) is an Australian comedian, television and radio presenter, actor and author. Since 2003, he has worked with Andy Lee as part of the comedy duo Hamish and Andy. The pair have performed live and on television and radio, most notably with their drive-time radio program ''Hamish & Andy''. As a solo performer, Blake has appeared on various Australian television programs, including the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's televised 2008 Great Debate, and has been a regular guest on '' Spicks and Specks'', ''Rove'' and ''Thank God You're Here''. TV Tonight is an Australian-based website which features reviews, news and programming information related to television in Australia as well as OzTAM ratings information. The site was started by television critic David Knox in 2007 after listeners of his radio programs asked him for information they had missed. Knox runs the site, publishing his interviews with Australian media actors, producers, directors and programmers. Knox regularly visits the sets of Australian television series and reviews television programs. Knox also served as television critic for Radio National's breakfast program from 2009 to 2015. Dan Barrett is now in this role. Knox has an advanced diploma in screenwriting and was the founding Artistic Director of Screenplay.
