''Legendary Weapons'' is a compilation album by American hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan, which was released July 26, 2011 on E1 Music. It follows 2009's ''Wu-Tang Chamber Music''. ''Legendary Weapons'' features performances by several Wu-Tang members ( GZA and Masta Killa are absent), and affiliates Trife Diesel, Killa Sin and Bronze Nazareth. Other guests include Sean Price, M.O.P., AZ, Action Bronson & Roc Marciano among others. The album debuted at number 41 on the US ''Billboard'' 200 chart, with first-week sales of 10,000 copies in the United States. As of November 27, 2011, the album has sold a total of 25,000 copies in the United States. Wu-Tang Clan
Wu-Tang Clan is an American hip hop group formed in Staten Island, New York City, in 1992. Its original members include RZA, GZA, Ol' Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, and Masta Killa. Close affiliate Cappadonna later became an official member. Wu-Tang Clan are regarded as a highly influential group in hip hop, helping to popularize and develop the East Coast hip hop and hardcore hip hop styles. Masta Killa
Jamel Irief (born Elgin Turner; August 18, 1969), better known by his stage name Masta Killa, is an American rapper and member of the Wu-Tang Clan. Though one of the lesser-known members of the group (he was featured on only one track on their 1993 debut album ''Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)''), he has been prolific on Clan group albums and solo projects since the mid-1990s. He released his debut album ''No Said Date'' in 2004 to positive reviews, and has since released three additional albums. Clifford Smith, Jr. (born March 2, 1971), better known by his stage name Method Man, is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, and actor. He is known as a member of the East Coast hip hop collective Wu-Tang Clan. He is also half of the hip hop duo Method Man & Redman. He took his stage name from the 1979 film ''Method Man''. Trife Diesel or Trife Da God (born Theo Bailey on July 11, 1980, in Stapleton, Staten Island, New York) is an affiliate of the Wu-Tang Clan. He is a protégé and close associate of Ghostface Killah and is part of both of his protégé groups T.M.F. and Theodore Unit. He started his career on Shyheim's 1999 '' Manchild'', and was featured in '' The Pretty Toney Album'' on the album's opener "Biscuits." A Theodore Unit album and mixtape followed. Ghostface Killah
Dennis Coles (born May 9, 1970), better known by his stage name Ghostface Killah, is an American rapper and a member of the hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Rahkeim Calief Meyer (born February 11, 1978), better known by his stage name Roc Marciano, is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer. Career Roc Marciano started his career in 1999 when he joined Busta Rhymes' collective the Flipmode Squad.
