The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts. It is one of the three official charts, the other two being the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 30. The difference is that these charts also include airplay data. The Koningslied ( en, King's Song) is a song written for the investiture of prince Willem-Alexander as King of the Netherlands on 30 April 2013 on request of the ''Nationaal Comité Inhuldiging'' (National Committee or theInauguration). Johnny Gold
Jesse John Gold (25 June 1932 – 7 October 2021) was a British nightclub owner and operator. After education at Brighton College and National Service with the 6th Royal Tank Regiment Gold worked briefly in his father's bookmakers. He moved to London in the mid 1950s and was hired by Oscar Lerman to run the Dolly's night club. In 1969, with Lerman and Bill Ofner, he founded the nightclub Tramp. Gold thought the club might survive only 2 to 3 years but it became popular with celebrities. He sold his stake in 1998 but remained until 2003 as "greeter-in-chief". Gold retired to the Bahamas. Vince Mendoza (born November 17, 1961) is an American composer, music arranger and conductor, and six-time Grammy Award winner. He debuted as a solo artist in 1989, and is known for his work conducting the Metropole Orkest and WDR Big Band Köln, as well as arranging music for musicians such as Joni Mitchell, Michael Brecker and Björk. Metropole Orkest
The Metropole Orkest (Metropole Orchestra) is a jazz and pop orchestra based in the Netherlands, and is the largest full-time ensemble of its kind in the world. A hybrid orchestra, it is a combination of jazz, big band and symphony orchestra. Comprising 52–97 musicians, it is versatile across many musical forms, and is equipped with a "double rhythm section" – one for pop and rock, and one for jazz based music. History The Metropole Orkest was founded in 1945 by Dolf van der Linden at the urging of officials from Netherlands Public Broadcasting, which manages and subsidizes the orchestra.
