Leading Teams is an Australian consulting company focused on leadership and performance in the fields of elite sport business, government, and education. The company's services revolve around their Performance Improvement Program, which involves leadership development, team development and culture change. Founding Director, Ray McLean, began a pilot program in 1992 involving the Central District Football Club in South Australia. The team's improved performance created interest among the club's corporate partners who became interested in what the team development and culture change programs could achieve in their organisations. Simon Fletcher (Australian Footballer)
Simon Fletcher (born 17 August 1978) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton and Richmond in the Australian Football League (AFL). Fletcher was initially drafted to Geelong, from the Falcons, under the father–son rule. His father Gary did not play at VFL/AFL level but the rule was used because he was a manager at the club. A knee injury in 1997 kept him out of action and he was delisted at the end of the season. Carlton rookie listed Fletcher in 1998 and he made his senior debut late in the 1999 AFL season. Kurt Wrigley
Kurt Wrigley (born 13 September 1969) is an Australian rugby league coach and former player. He played for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, St. George Dragons, and the Adelaide Rams and has also been an assistant coach at the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Newcastle Knights. Retirement After his retirement at the end of 1997, Wrigley went on to become a qualified coach, serving as an assistant coach for the Adelaide Rams. Daniel Healy
Daniel Healy (born 3 May 1974) is a former Australian rules footballer, who played for St Kilda in the Australian Football League and for Central District in the South Australian National Football League. Healy was taken in the first round, pick number 6 overall, of the 1995 AFL Draft, and made his debut against West Coast in Round 12 1996. In this match he scored one goal and this was the only game he played during the year. In the 1997 AFL season, Healy became a regular starter and played 15 games, scoring 5 goals. Justin Peckett (born 5 October 1972) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League (AFL). Picked up by the St Kilda Saints as an impressive 16-year-old, Peckett won the St Kilda under-19s' best and fairest in 1990 and remained on the list for the 1991 season, before he was delisted at the end of the year. He was picked up in the 1992 pre-season draft at pick #49 to resurrect his career, and debuted late that season (receiving limited game time in his only game for that year). Craig Hodges (born 27 December 1973) was the interim co-coach of the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL. Hodges and Luke Burt were the co-caretakers at the Gold Coast until the end of the 2019 NRL season, they were replaced by incoming head coach Justin Holbrook ahead of the 2020 NRL season.
