Le Bouquet Africain is an audiovisual offer with 27 TV channels launched by Thema (media company), Thema on the French market in September 2008 in a preview with the French telecommunications operator Neuf. As of 2009 some cable and ADSL operators have also offered this bouquet to their subscribers. It is mainly intended in particular for the population originating in sub-Saharan Africa. Thema (media Company)
Groupe Canal+ is a French mass media company. It is owned and controlled by Vivendi and has a film library in excess of 5,000 films. Vivendi has sold some parts of Canal+ to private investors which are still using the name of Canal+. It is headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux, in the suburbs of Paris. The ''Wall Street Journal'' described Canal+ as "the French film industry's biggest financial backer, beloved by French cineastes". It is a major source of finance for domestic film production, participating in the financing of the vast majority of films produced in France. It also has its own subsidiary companies with direct involvement in film production. Trace Africa is an Afro-pop music channel dedicated to airing Africa's top music artists. Trace Africa, Africa’s number one music channel, is dedicated to playing and showcasing music of Africa’s top artists and genres including Afro-pop, coupé-décalé, Kwaito house, Afro-trap, makossa, and ndombolo through radio and live concert events. Gabon 24
is Gabon's first bilingual non-stop news television channel, launched on 24 May 2016. Until May 2018, Gabon 24 was part of the Gabon Télévision group. Decree 0152 of 4 May 2018 led to the creation, organization and operation of Gabon 24, and detached the channel from the larger Gabon Télévision group, as enshrined in its article 2: "it is created and attached to the Presidency of the Republic, a public establishment, of an administrative nature, endowed with legal personality and financial management autonomy, referred to as Gabon 24." La Première (RTI) is a pioneering terrestrial television channel in Côte d'Ivoire. STV2
STV2 was a British local television network in Scotland, operating five city-based TV licences serving Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Ayr. It was owned and operated by STV Group plc. Initially broadcast as two separate stations – STV Glasgow and STV Edinburgh – the launch of three local licences in Aberdeen, Dundee and Ayr led to the launch of a single networked service on 24 April 2017. Equinox TV
Equinoxe is a Cameroon-based television station. Soon after its launch, it became one of the most vocal critics of Paul Biya's regime. The station was notorious for showing live footage of political demonstration against constitutional change in Cameroon which favoured president Biya's stay in power after 2011 when he is constitutionally barred from running for office again. Canals or artificial waterways are waterways or engineered channels built for drainage management (e.g. flood control and irrigation) or for conveyancing water transport vehicles (e.g. water taxi). They carry free, calm surface flow under atmospheric pressure, and can be thought of as artificial rivers. Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV) is a major radio and television broadcasting company in Cameroon. CRTV is a government-controlled radio and television service in Cameroon. It started as Cameroon Television (CTV) and later merged with the radio service to become known as CRTV. It covers all the ten regions of Cameroon rendering it the indomitable broadcaster amongst a number of private television stations in the country. Its coverage of events is generally viewed as pro-government. On 29 June 2016, Charles Ndongo was named new General Manager of CRTV by a presidential decree.
