Le-Lo Lang
Le-Lo L. Lang (born January 23, 1967) is a former professional American football cornerback in the National Football League. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Lang played college football for the University of Washington in Seattle. He was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 1990 NFL Draft (136th overall), and played four seasons for the Broncos. After retirement, Lang served as an executive with BBVA Compass BBVA USA was a bank headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. It was a subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria from 2007 until 2021, when it was acquired by PNC Financial Services. Cornerback
A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Cornerbacks cover receivers most of the time, but also blitz and defend against such offensive running plays as sweeps and reverses. They create turnovers through hard tackles, interceptions, and deflecting forward passes. Other members of the defensive backfield include strong and free safeties. The cornerback position requires speed, agility, strength, and the ability to make rapid sharp turns. A cornerback's skill set typically requires proficiency in anticipating the quarterback, backpedaling, executing single and zone coverage, disrupting pass routes, block shedding, and tackling. Washington Huskies Football
The Washington Huskies football team represents the University of Washington in college football. Washington competes in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) as a member of the Pac-12 Conference. Husky Stadium, located on campus, has served as the home field for Washington since 1920. Washington has won 17 conference championships, seven Rose Bowls, and claims two national championships recognized by NCAA-designated major selectors. Of these however, Washington's only consensus national championship was in 1991, when the team finished No. 1 in the Coaches' Poll.
