Lazër Vladanji (1706–1786) was an Albanian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church in Ottoman Albania. Lazër Vladanji was born in Shkodër Shkodër ( , ; sq-definite, Shkodra) is the fifth-most-populous city of the Republic of Albania and the seat of Shkodër County and Shkodër Municipality. The Albanians (; sq, Shqiptarët ) are an ethnic group and nation native to the Balkan Peninsula who share a common Albanian ancestry, culture, history and language.
