''Lazers Not Included'' is the debut studio album by British drum and bass record producer Wilkinson. The album was released on 28 October 2013 through RAM Records under license to Virgin EMI. The album includes the singles "Tonight", "Need to Know", " Take You Higher", " Heartbeat", "Afterglow", " Too Close" and " Half Light". The album has peaked at number 46 on the UK Albums Chart. An extended edition was released on 20 October 2014. It features the UK number 20 single " Dirty Love", alongside remixes of and by Wilkinson. Notably, "Direction VIP" was previously only available on Record Store Day vinyl before appearing on the album. Singles * The first single from the album "Need to Know" features vocals from London-based singer Iman and was released on 2 December 2012, almost a year after "Tonight". Wilkinson (musician)
Mark Wilkinson (born 18 April 1989), better known by his stage name Wilkinson, is an English record producer, DJ and remixer from Hammersmith, England. He has released music on RAM Records and Hospital Records, as well as Virgin EMI. His 2013 single "Afterglow" with vocals by Becky Hill reached number 8 on the UK Singles Chart on 20 October 2013. Music career 2010–2016: RAM Records and ''Lazers Not Included'' On 13 December 2010, Wilkinson released his debut single "Moonwalker / Samurai" through RAM Records. Alexander Zane Reid Lowe (born 7 August 1973) is a New Zealand radio DJ, live DJ, record producer, and television presenter. After an early career in music creation, production and DJing, he moved to the UK in 1997. Teebee
Torgeir Byrknes, better known by his stage name Teebee, is a Norwegian DJ and producer of drum and bass. He also runs the record label Subtitles Recordings. Teebee began DJing in 1990 and released his first record in 1996. He won the Knowledge Magazine award for ''Best International Producer'' in 2001. Musicology Teebee's music is characterised by a strong dark and futuristic science fiction influence. TeeBee material could be classed as neurofunk or techstep, although possessing a deeper ambient and atmospheric quality than much of this subgenre. Calyx (artist)
Calyx is a British drum and bass act, specialising in the techstep style. Previously the duo of Larry Cons and Chris Rush (both of London), it is now a solo project of Larry Cons. Their first release was in 1998 for Moving Shadow sublabel Audio Couture. Most of their releases have been for Moving Shadow, including their debut album ''No Turning Back'' (2005), with a few appearances for Metalheadz and Renegade Hardware. Many of Calyx hits has been featured in the video game ''Midnight Club 3''. Track ''Quagmire'' is featured in '' Grand Theft Auto III''. Arlissa Ruppert (; born 21 September 1992), known professionally as Arlissa, is a German-born British singer and songwriter. She has released three singles, collaborated with Nas and was listed on the BBC's Sound of 2013. Life and career Arlissa Ruppert was born in Germany, and raised in London, UK. Her mother, who served in the U.S Army in Germany, is American and her father is German.
