Lawson Heights is a residential neighbourhood located in northern Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which was developed beginning in the late 1970s. History Lawson Heights takes its name from Reverend Stephen George Lawson who homesteaded in the area (northeast quarter of section 10 Township 37 Range 5 West of the 106th meridian west, 3rd Meridian). He had come from Prince Edward Island and was a Presbyterian minister. Construction on Lawson Heights began in the late 1970s and was considered completed by the end of 1980s. The average family size is 2.7 with homeownership at 64.6%. The average home selling price in 2006 was $256,013. Turtle Lake lies in the west-central of Saskatchewan, Canada and is fairly long (about 21 km) while also narrow (about across). Redberry Lake, Saskatchewan
Redberry Lake is a lake near Hafford in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is a medium-sized saline lake within an area characterized by mostly freshwater aquatic environments. The lake makes up the core protected area of the Redberry Lake (UNESCO) Biosphere Reserve, and is a federal bird sanctuary of the same name. It is an Important Bird Area (IBA) of Canada designated as ''SK 005 Redberry Lake''. A small regional park is situated at the north-west corner of the lake. The countryside surrounding Redberry Lake is typical of the aspen parkland biome of which it is a part. Quill Lake ( 2016 population: ) is a village in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338 and Census Division No. 10. It is 170 km east of Saskatoon and 200 km northeast of Regina on Highway 5. The village is located just to the northwest of the Quill Lakes. Pinehouse is a northern village located in the boreal forest of Saskatchewan on the western shore of Pinehouse Lake within the Canadian Shield. Travelling by road from Pinehouse, the Key Lake mine is 223 km (138 miles) north, Prince Albert is 346 km (215 miles) south, La Ronge is 214 km (133 miles) east and Beauval, the closest community, is 107 km (67 miles) west.
