''Lawn Mower Man'' is the second solo studio album by Canadian rapper Madchild. It was released on August 6, 2013 via Battle Axe/Suburban Noize Records. Hip hop production, Production was handled by C-Lance, Rob the Viking, Chin Injeti and The iKonz, with Kevin Zinger and Madchild serving as executive producers. It features guest appearances from Sophia Danai, Bishop Lamont, JD Era, Prevail (musician), Prevail and Slaine (rapper), Slaine. The album peaked at number two on the Canadian Albums Chart and at number 150 on the US Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200. Madchild
Shane Bunting (born October 21, 1975), better known by his stage name Madchild, is a Canadian rapper. He is part of the Vancouver-based hip hop group Swollen Members. In 2009, he released a solo EP titled ''The Madchild EP''. In 2012, he released his first album, titled ''Dope Sick'' followed by ''Lawn Mower Man'' in 2013 and ''Silver Tongue Devil'' in 2015. In 1993, he was named a member of the Rock Steady Crew. The Darkest Hour was released in 2017. Early life Bunting was born in Surrey, British Columbia, but was raised in North Vancouver. Rob The Viking
Swollen Members is a Canadian hip hop group from Vancouver, British Columbia, consisting mainly of Madchild and Prevail. Frequent collaborators include vocalist Moka Only (who was actually a member of the group for a short period of time in the mid-1990s when the group was formed, and then again from 2002 to 2005) along with the other former members Easy Roc & Zodak who were only in the group for a few years and producer Rob the Viking, an official group member since 2002. Slaine (rapper)
George Carroll, better known as Slaine, is an American rapper and actor. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, where he spent his childhood and teenage years. Carroll moved to New York City in the mid-1990s, where he adopted the moniker of Slaine and started to rap and record hip-hop. In the early 2000s, Carroll became a growing figure in the Boston hip-hop scene, releasing several mixtapes, and the LP ''Stereotypez'' (2007) with his group Special Teamz. Prevail (musician)
Kiley Hendriks (born November 4, 1975), better known by his stage name Prevail, is a 4-time Juno Award winning Canadian hip hop artist raised in Victoria, British Columbia and based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Prevail started rapping in 1990 with the guidance of his mentor Moka Only, and was a founding member of platinum-selling Swollen Members which consisted primarily of himself and Mad Child on vocals. JD Era (born April 15, 1985) is a Canadian rapper and lyricist. He has worked with artists such as Nas, Gza, Kardinal Offishall, The Clipse, and has also cut several tracks with longtime friend Drake.
