Laural Barrett
Laural Barrett (born 18 December 1986) is a New Zealand model, singer and beauty pageant titleholder who was an entrant in Miss Universe 2007 as the winner of the Miss New Zealand contest. She has also appeared in the New Zealand reality TV show '' Island Wars''. Personal Barrett was born in Christchurch to Neville and Niki Barrett, with sisters Kristal and Sharaine, her twin. Laural and Sharaine used to sing together under the name "Gemini Twinz." Miss Universe 2007 was the 56th Miss Universe pageant, held at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City, Mexico on May 28, 2007. At the end of the event, Zuleyka Rivera of Puerto Rico crowned Riyo Mori from Japan as Miss Universe 2007. It is Japan's first victory in 48 years, and the second victory of the country in the pageant's history. Contestants from 77 countries and territories competed in this year's pageant. Miss Universe New Zealand is the New Zealand national Beauty pageant which feeds into the international Miss Universe competition. Qualification for Miss Universe New Zealand is based on regional pageants and/or personal interviews (necessary due to lack of regional pageant in some areas). Mark Furze
Mark Furze (born 7 May 1986) is an Australian actor and musician. Career Furze starred in several productions by the Orange, New South Wales, Orange Theatre Company, playing the lead role in a version of ''Oliver!'' aged 10. His first TV appearance was in the children's television program ''Outriders (TV series), Outriders'', followed by a role in the film ''Balmain Boys''. At the age of 14 Furze was cast in ''Water Rats (TV series), Water Rats''. He appeared also in the movie ''Jessica (film), Jessica'' as the son of the main character. Furze was cast to play Ric Dalby in ''Home and Away'' from September 2004 until he left on 24 July 2008.
