Lasva Parish
Lasva Parish ( et, Lasva vald) was a rural municipality in southeastern Estonia. It was a part of Võru County. The municipality had a population of 1,811 (as of 1 October 2007) and covered an area of 172.14 km2, giving it a population density of 10.52 inhabitants/km2. Municipalities Of Estonia
A municipality ( et, omavalitsus, plural ) is the smallest administrative subdivision of Estonia. Each municipality is a unit of self-government with its representative and executive bodies. Paidra is a village in Võru Parish, Võru County in southeastern Estonia. It's located about northeast of the town of Võru, by the Võru–Räpina road (nr 65). The Võhandu River passes through Paidra. There's also a lake situated on the eastern side of the village. Paidra has an area of 5.8 km2 and a population of 42 (as of 31 May 2010).
