Lastlings
Lastlings are an Australian electronic pop band from Gold Coast, Queensland made up of brother and sister duo Amy and Josh Dowdle. They have performed at Coachella, Spilt Milk, Splendour in the Grass, and The Plot. The duo are well known for their song "Deja Vu", which received high rotation on triple j. Lastlings supported Two Door Cinema Club on their Australian national tour. Career 2015–2021: ''First Contact'' The project began while Amy was in high school; at the time Josh was studying biomedical science and working in fashion, from the age of 8 he studied classical music. Drummers Dave Jenkins and Shane Benson are interchangeably added to the band's lineup for live performances. In 2017 Lastlings embarked on an Australian regional tour with Rüfüs Du Sol, they joined the band nationally in 2019 before supporting them throughout the United States. Indian Summer (record Producer)
Indian Summer is an electronic music project of Australian record producer, DJ, songwriter, and radio personality Gabe Gleeson; it was previously a duo with Chevy Long. He has performed at Splendour In The Grass, Field Day, Falls Festival, and Beyond The Valley. As of 2020, he also releases music under the pseudonym Gabe Ruth through Medium Rare Recordings. His 2022 single 'Make Your Move' was added to rotation on Triple J Unearthed Radio. Biography 2012 saw Indian Summer signed to Australian electronic label Sweat It Out! Music! Groovin' The Moo
Groovin the Moo is an annual music festival that is held in six regional centres across Australia. The festival is held during autumn, typically in May of each year. Groovin the Moo was established by Cattleyard Promotions and their first festival was held on Sunday 24 April 2005 in Gloucester, New South Wales. The festivals were held each year until 2019, but in 2020 and 2021 there were no festivals because of the COVID-19 pandemic. History The first incarnation of the festival occurred on 24 April 2005 at the Gloucester Showgrounds in New South Wales with crowds of over 1400, continuing to Narrandera (NSW Riverina) with crowds exceeding 1800. Two Door Cinema Club are a band from Bangor, County Down, Bangor, Northern Ireland. The band formed in 2007 and is composed of three members: Alex Trimble (vocals, rhythm guitar, beats, synths), Sam Halliday (lead guitar, backing vocals), and Kevin Baird (bass, synths, backing vocals).
