Ryan Hemsworth
Ryan Hemsworth (born 23 April 1990) is a Canadian record producer and DJ. He specialises in electronic music and sampling. He has produced tracks for Tinashe, Tory Lanez, Mitski, and E-40. Biography Raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Hemsworth attended University of King's College, where he studied journalism. In 2011, Hemsworth released a collaborative album with Shady Blaze, titled ''Distorted''. His 2013 album, ''Guilt Trips'', was released by Last Gang Records. It won the 2014 Juno Award for Electronic Album of the Year. In 2014, he released an album, '' Alone for the First Time'', which was placed at number 3 on CMJ's "30 Best Albums of 2014" list. ''Selected Ambient Works 85–92'' is the debut studio album by Aphex Twin, the pseudonym of British electronic musician Richard D. James. It was released on 9 November 1992 through Apollo Records, a subsidiary of Belgian label R&S Records. The album consists of ambient techno tracks recorded onto cassette reputedly dating as far back as 1985, when James was thirteen to fourteen years old.
