"Last Train Home" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter John Mayer, and featured guest vocal from American country singer Maren Morris. It was released on June 4, 2021 as the fourth single from his eighth studio album ''Sob Rock''. John Mayer wrote the song and produced it with Don Was. John Mayer
John Clayton Mayer ( ; born October 16, 1977) is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Mayer attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, but left and moved to Atlanta in 1997 with Clay Cook. Together, they formed a short-lived two-man band called Lo-Fi Masters. After their split, Mayer continued to play local clubs, refining his skills and gaining a following.
