Victor Joseph Garber (born March 16, 1949) is a Canadian-American actor and singer. It was a part of Nexstar Media Group's Zap2it television news/listings site. "Pilot" is the first and second episodes, respectively, of the American science fiction television series ''Legends of Tomorrow''. Rip Hunter is a fictional time traveling hero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
