Lassina Chamste Soudine Franck Traoré (born 12 January 2001) is a Burkinabè professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ukrainian Premier League club Shakhtar Donetsk and the Burkina Faso national team. Club career Rahimo Traoré began his football career in the youth ranks of Rahimo FC in his hometown of Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. He was scouted by Ajax and brought to South Africa, where was stalled at the clubs' satellite club Ajax Cape Town until he was old enough to legally transfer to Amsterdam. Ajax Cape Town Shortly after his 18th birthday, Traoré moved to Europe joining Ajax in January 2019, on a three and a half year contract. He had previously played for Rahimo in Burkina Faso and was on the books of Ajax Cape Town in South Africa where he finished as top scorer of the reserves team before departing for the Netherlands. Bobo Dioulasso
Bobo-Dioulasso is a city in Burkina Faso with a population of 904,920 (); it is the second-largest city in the country, after Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso's capital. The name means "home of the Bobo-Dioula". The local Bobo-speaking population (related to the Mande) refers to the city simply as ''Sia''. There are two distinct dialects spoken of Jula, based on the origins of different peoples who speak this language. Bertrand Isidore Traoré (born 6 September 1995) is a Burkinabé professional footballer who plays as a forward for Süper Lig club İstanbul Başakşehir, on loan from Premier League club Aston Villa and the Burkina Faso national team. After beginning his career at Auxerre, he finished his development at Chelsea, and made his debut in a one-and-a-half-year loan at Vitesse in the Eredivisie. After a season in the Premier League with Chelsea, he was loaned back to the Netherlands to play for Ajax in 2016, and a year later signed for Lyon for €10 million. The Burkina Faso women's national football team represents Burkina Faso in international women's football. It is governed by the Burkinabé Football Federation. It played its first match on 2 September 2007 in Ouagadougou against Niger and won 10–0, the best result till today. Its next matches were against Niger (5–0) and Mali (2–4). In the 2014 African Women's Championship qualification against Ghana, Burkina Faso lost by 6–0 on aggregate. Tunisia beat them 2–0 on aggregate in the 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualification. The Benin national football team ( French: Équipe nationale de Football du Benin), nicknamed ''Les Guépards (The Cheetahs)'', represent Benin in men's international association football and are controlled by the Benin Football Federation.
