Lawrence Laffer is a player character and the protagonist in the ''Leisure Suit Larry'' series of adventure video games, created by Al Lowe and Mark Crowe for ''Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards'' in 1987 and later voiced by Jan Rabson. Arthur Betz Laffer (; born August 14, 1940) is an American economist and author who first gained prominence during the Reagan administration as a member of Reagan's Economic Policy Advisory Board (1981–1989).
