Wilfried "Willi" Landgraf (born 29 August 1968) is a German former professional footballer who played as a defender and made a record 508 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga. Playing career Landgraf was born in Mülheim an der Ruhr and joined the youth ranks of Rot-Weiss Essen from the adjacent city of Essen as a teenager in 1985. He was promoted to the first team for the 1986–87 season at the club. Towards the end of that season, on 30 May 1987, the then 18-year-old was given his debut in the 2. Bundesliga under manager Horst Hrubesch. After spending seven seasons with Rot-Weiss Essen as well as three seasons with Homburg and Gütersloh, respectively, Landgraf joined Alemannia Aachen in 1999. At each of the four clubs, he almost exclusively played league football in the 2. Werner Landgraf (born 29 July 1959, in Mainz) is a German astrophysicist and a discoverer of minor planets. Life W. Landgraf studied physics at the University of Siegen in 1977 and was working on his first astronomical projects. His earliest work was very inspired by Brian G. Marsden and Victor Shor. Two years later, he joined the Department of Astrophysics of University of Göttingen. There he presented his thesis ''The calculation of atmospheric models and line profiles for the analysis of stellar spectra''. He graduated from the university in 1983, and then he worked until 1988 on his dissertation ''Nongravitational forces of Comet Halley''., under supervision by Hans-Heinrich Voigt. In 1986, W. Steffen Landgraf (born 26 August 1980 in Berlin) is a former German long jumper / decathlete and an active scientist in forensic psychiatry and clinical neuroscience. Athletic career Between 1998 and 2004, Steffen competed for the LG Nike Berlin. Ken Landgraf (born 1950) is an American comic book artist and commercial illustrator. Early life and education Kenneth Landgraf was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He admired the work of comic book artists like Reed Crandall, Russ Heath, Sam Glanzman, Jim Steranko, and Wally Wood, among others. Landgraf described his early interest in comics: Landgraf attended Holy Name Catholic School and later graduated from North Sheboygan High School. As a young man he served in the Navy in Vietnam, and upon returning from the war, joined the Navy Reserve. Landgraf settled in New York as a student attending the School of Visual Arts on the G.I. Katharina Landgraf (born 24 February 1954) is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) who served as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Saxony in 1990 and again from 2005 until 2021.
