Lam Ching-Ying (; birth name: Lam Gun-bo 林根寶; 27 December 1952 – 8 November 1997) was a Hong Kong stuntman, actor, film producer, action director and director. Upon his death in 1997 Lam had featured in over 132 films with multiple credits as a director and producer. With a career spanning 3 decades his most notable works include '' The Prodigal Son'', ''The Big Boss'' and the ''Mr Vampire'' film series. Lam Ching-ying (; born Lam Gun-bo (); 27 December 1947 – 8 November 1997) was a Hong Kong stuntman, actor, and action director. As a practitioner of martial arts Lam starred in a number of notable films that found recognition outside Hong Kong including ''Encounters of the Spooky Kind'', ''The Prodigal Son'' and his best known role in '' Mr. Vampire''. Biography Childhood years He was born Lam Gun-bo (林根寶) on 27 December 1952 in the year of the Dragon, in Hong Kong. His family originated from Shanghai, in the People's Republic of China. Both of his parents made a living by doing catering services. Lam was the third child of six children. His family was poor, and his parents weren't educated. Lam attended Shun Yi Association Elementary School in Hong Kong, but eventually dropped out after 2 years. The Iron Bull is a fictional character in BioWare's ''Dragon Age'' franchise. He appears in the 2014 video game '' Dragon Age: Inquisition'', where he serves as a companion party member. He is a Qunari, a member of metallic-skinned race of large humanoids who live in the northern part of Thedas, the setting of the ''Dragon Age'' series, that venerates a civil religion known as The Qun. He is a spy commissioned by the Ben'Hassrath, the secret police of the Qunari government, to operate in southern Thedas. As part of his cover, he leads a mercenary company known as the Bull's Chargers. Freddie Prinze Jr. voices the character. ''Hapkido'' (), released as ''Lady Kung Fu'' in North America, is a 1972 Hong Kong martial arts film directed by Huang Feng and starring Angela Mao. The film co-stars Carter Wong and Sammo Hung, and has early cameo appearances from Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao and Corey Yuen. It was released by Golden Harvest. Plot It is 1934, in Japanese occupied Korea. Yu Ying, Kao Chang and Fan Wei are sitting and talking in a park when they are approached by a group of Japanese toughs. The leader of the Japanese begins to make unwelcome advances, and Yu Ying tries her best to ignore him. Fan Wei loses his temper and a melee ensues.
