Galicians ( gl, galegos, es, gallegos, link=no) are a Celtic-Romance ethnic group from Spain that is closely related to the Portuguese people and has its historic homeland is Galicia, in the north-west of the Iberian Peninsula. Allan Moisés Lalín Pérez (born January 5, 1981) is a Honduran footballer who plays for Platense F.C. in the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Honduras as a forward. Club career The tall striker made his senior debut for Honduras Salzburg in March 2003 against Victoria, then played for Victoria before experiencing relegation with Atlético Olanchano in 2005. He went on trial with Wisła Kraków, then champions of the Polish League, but failed to impress and returned to Honduras, where he eventually went on to play with Real España. He left Real España in July 2009, to play for Khazar Lankaran in the Azerbaijan Premier League. Héctor Daniel Lalín, generally known as Daniel Lalín, (born 10 August 1948) is an Argentina, Argentine businessman and accountant with close ties to the ruling Nestor Kirchner, Kirchner family. He was the president of Racing Club, a professional sports club based in the Avellaneda district of Buenos Aires, from 1995 to 1999, and is a major figure in the Argentine oil business. Matilde Noemí Lalín is an Argentine-Canadian mathematician specializing in number theory and known for her work on L-functions, Mahler measure, and their connections. She is a professor of mathematics at the Université de Montréal. Education and career Lalín is originally from Buenos Aires, and is a dual citizen of Argentina and Canada.
