Northern Dobruja ( ro, Dobrogea de Nord or simply ; bg, Северна Добруджа, ''Severna Dobrudzha'') is the part of Dobruja within the borders of Romania. The Casimcea is a river in southeastern Romania. Near the village Piatra, it discharges into Lake Tașaul, which was formerly connected with the Black Sea.
