Lai Pei Jing
Lai Pei Jing (; born 8 August 1992) is a Malaysian badminton player who played in the doubles events. She started her career in the women's singles event. She briefly partnered Chan Peng Soon in mid-2014 and in August that year, they reached a world ranking of No. 48. However, she resumed her partnership with Tan Aik Quan later that month. Since 2016, she has been partnered with Tan Kian Meng. Lai () is a common Chinese surname that is pronounced similarly in both Mandarin and Hakka dialects. The meaning of the character used in the Lai (賴) surname is "depend on; trust in; rely on". The BWF World Junior Championships (also known as the World Junior Badminton Championships) is a tournament organized by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) to crown the best junior badminton players (under-19) in the world.
