Lac-Pikauba, Quebec
Lac-Pikauba is an unorganized territory in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec, Canada. It is a large, unpopulated, undeveloped territory that makes up two-thirds of the Charlevoix Regional County Municipality. The entire area west of Quebec Route 381, which bisects the territory, is part of the Laurentides Wildlife Reserve and the Grands-Jardins National Park. A portion of the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park is in the north-eastern part of the territory. The territory's largest lake is the eponymous Lake Pikauba. This toponym comes from the Montagnais word ''Opikopau''. ''Opi'' is a root to indicate that something is enclosed or confined. ''Kopau'' describes a lake with alders, reeds, or other. Innu-aimun
Innu-aimun or Montagnais is an Algonquian language spoken by over 10,000 Innu in Labrador and Quebec in Eastern Canada. It is a member of the Cree–Montagnais–Naskapi dialect continuum and is spoken in various dialects depending on the community. Le Gros Bras (''English: The Big Arm'') is a tributary of the eastern bank of the lower part of the rivière du Gouffre, flowing in the unorganized territory of Lac-Pikauba and the municipality of Saint-Urbain, in the Charlevoix Regional County Municipality, in the administrative region of Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, in Canada. Sainte-Anne River (Beaupré)
Ste-Anne-du-Nord River is a tributary of the northwest shore of the Saint Lawrence River where it flows at the height of Beaupré. This river flows in Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, Canada. The river passes through Canyon Sainte-Anne before joining the Saint Lawrence River at Beaupré. Geography Rivière Sainte-Anne is a river in the Capitale-Nationale region. It has a length of 72,2 km, covers a basin of and has an average flow of 26 m3/s. The river finds its source at Lac de la Tour in Grands-Jardins National Park. From there, it flows south and ends at Beaupré, opposite Île d'Orléans, 35 km northeast of Quebec City in the St. Lawrence River. The Savane du Nord river is a tributary of the Sainte-Anne River, flowing on the north bank of the Saint Lawrence River. This river successively crosses the unorganized territory of Lac-Pikauba and the city of Baie-Saint-Paul, in the Charlevoix, in the administrative region of Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, in Canada. The rivière du Gouffre (''English: Pit Cave River'') is a tributary of the left bank of the Saint-Laurent river, flowing into the Capitale-Nationale administrative region, Quebec (Canada).
