''La parodia'' ( en, The Parody) is a Mexican parody Television, television series produced by Televisa for the Canal de las Estrellas network. The cast originally included Arath de la Torre Angélica Vale and Gisella Aboumrad. After Vale left the show to star in ''La Fea Más Bella'', Roxana Castellanos took her place as the female parodist. The series parodied many telenovelas, films, and pop-culture themes of Mexico. External links

Canal De Las Estrellas
Las Estrellas ("The Stars"; previously El Canal de las Estrellas, or "The Channel of the Stars") is one of the cornerstone networks of TelevisaUnivision, with affiliate stations all over Mexico, flagshipped at XEW-TDT in Mexico City. Many of the programs of ''Las Estrellas'' are seen in the United States on Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión. History Las Estrellas originated from XEW-TV, which began broadcasting on 21 March 1951. The channel was a sister station to the legendary XEW-AM radio station, owned by Emilio Azcárraga Vidaurreta, which was also the owner of the newly launched channel. Arath De La Torre Balmaceda (born March 20, 1975) is a Mexican actor and comedian, best known for his roles in the television series ''Una Familia con Suerte'' as Pancho López and the critically acclaimed and popular novelas ''Soñadoras'' and ''Amigas y Rivales''. ''La Fea Más Bella'' ("The Prettiest Ugly Girl or the ugliest the most beautiful “) is a Mexican telenovela produced by Televisa. It is the second Mexican version of the popular Colombian telenovela: ''Betty la fea'' (the first is Azteca Trece's ''El amor no es como lo pintan'', aired in 2000).
