La Voix (season 5)
''La Voix'' is the French Canadian version of the Dutch reality vocal competition created by John de Mol ''The Voice of Holland'' . Season 5 of ''La Voix'' was broadcast in 2017 on TVA and was hosted for a fifth consecutive season by Charles Lafortune. Éric Lapointe, Marc Dupré and Pierre Lapointe season 4 judges all returned, whereas fourth season judge Ariane Moffatt was replaced by Isabelle Boulay, who returned after a one-season hiatus. Isabelle Boulay
Isabelle Boulay, (born 6 July 1972) is a French Canadian singer. Biography Born in Sainte-Félicité, Quebec, where her parents owned a restaurant, Boulay moved to the nearby city of Matane at the start of her adolescence, and studied literature at Cégep Limoilou. In 1988, her friends signed her up, without her knowledge, for a singing contest in Matane, where she made the acquaintance of Josélito Michaud, who later became her agent. In 1990, at the Petite-Vallée song festival, she won an award for her performance of "Les gens de mon pays" (Gilles Vigneault). "Ma philosophie" is a 2004 song recorded by Amel Bent as her debut single, from her album ''Un Jour d'été''. It was released on 29 November 2004 in France, and remains the singer's most successful song, topping the charts in France and Belgium (Wallonia). Offenbach (band)
Offenbach is a Canadian blues rock band, initially active from 1969 to 1985. Following a successful reunion tour in 1996, the band released a new album in 2005. History Formed in Montreal in the late 1960s as Les Gants blancs, the band went through a variety of names (including "7e Invention", "Grandpa & Company", "Offenbach Pop Opera" and "Offenbach Soap Opéra") before settling on Offenbach in 1970. Daniel Bélanger (born December 26, 1961) is a Canadian singer-songwriter. His music is eclectic, inspired by alternative rock, folk and electronic music, sometimes humorous, sometimes wistful. "Autumn Leaves" is a popular song and jazz standard composed by Joseph Kosma in 1945 with original lyrics by Jacques Prévert in French (original French title: "Les Feuilles mortes"), and later by Johnny Mercer in English.
