La Ley (album)
''La Ley'' is the band's third album. It was produced by Alejandro Sanfuentes and released in February 1993 by Universal. The album includes the number one hits "Tejedores de Ilusión" (which was used in a nationwide Pepsi campaign in Chile) and "Auto-Ruta (Feel the Skin)", whose music video was banned from some television shows such as Canal 13's ''Más Música'' because of explicit content. Pepsi
Pepsi is a carbonated soft drink manufactured by PepsiCo. Originally created and developed in 1893 by Caleb Bradham and introduced as Brad's Drink, it was renamed as Pepsi-Cola in 1898, and then shortened to Pepsi in 1961. Bass Guitar
The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. Beto Cuevas
Luis Alberto Cuevas Olmedo (born September 12, 1967), better known as Beto Cuevas (), is a Chilean-Canadian singer, song writer, plastic artist, painter, and actor. He is the lead singer for the Chilean band La Ley. In 2008 he launched his solo career with the release of his album, ''Miedo Escénico''. In 2012 he released his second album called ''Transformación''. Music career 1988–2004: La Ley In 1988, during a trip to Concón, Chile, Beto met Mauricio Clavería, drummer for La Ley. ''Cara de Dios'' is an EP by the Chilean band La Ley. La Ley performed a new song, "En La Ciudad", at a live TV concert, which set the expectations for the release of a new album. ''Doble Opuesto'' (Spanish: "Double Opposite") is the second album of the Chilean rock band La Ley and the first commercially successful one after their debut album, ''Desiertos'', failed to sell. The album was released in October 1991 under the production of Jorge Melibosky. Band members for this record were Andrés Bobe (guitars), Mauricio Clavería (drums), Alberto Cuevas (vocals) and Luciano Rojas (bass). Bobe provides vocals for the song "En Lugares".
