La Fiesta Mall
La Fiesta Mall was an open-air shopping center located in one of the northern villages of San Roque, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. It opened in 1992. The mall, which closed in 2004, was the only one of its kind in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and is now considered a dead mall. Mall history The La Fiesta Shopping Center opened in 1992 with several shops and restaurants. A Japanese firm, Coco's Lagoon Development Corporation based in Guam, purchased the mall in San Roque on May 20, 2002, from Japan Air Lines, which owns and operates Nikko Hotel Saipan. The Northern Marianas College bought a portion of the mall to expand its grounds up north in 2003 but withdrew its decision, which left the mall with many empty retail spaces. Over the years, the mall has had numerous investors with ideas to redevelop the mall for the local population, but canceled due to the CNMI's economic sustainability. Unlike later albums by the group, it was released by the ECM label and produced by Manfred Eicher. The album was not released in the USA until 1975. Diana Haddad ( ar, ديانا حداد; born 1 October 1976) is a Lebanese singer, actress, and television personality who also holds Emirati citizenship and is based in the United Arab Emirates. Haddad is one of the most popular Arabic pop musicians in the Arab World and has been so since the mid-1990s. Her debut album ''Saken'' (1996) was one of the best selling albums of 1996, being certified platinum by Haddad's label Stallions Records. The album also introduced Haddad and her Bedouin music style to the public. Haddad's biggest breakthrough came in late 1997 when she released her third album ''Ammanih'' accompanied with a major hit single of the same title.
