Arizona State Route 303 (SR 303) or Loop 303, also known as the Bob Stump Memorial Parkway (formerly the Estrella Freeway), is a Controlled-access highway, freeway that serves the west part of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The freeway, originally a two-lane rural highway, was maintained by Maricopa County until 2004 when the Arizona Department of Transportation again took control of upgrading the interim road to a freeway. Route description Loop 303 currently begins at Van Buren Street (Arizona), Van Buren Street, one mile south of Interstate 10 in Arizona, I-10 in Goodyear, Arizona, Goodyear. It becomes a six-lane freeway with a stack interchange at I-10. South of Van Buren Street it continues as Cotton Lane but without a route number. Estrella del Valle is a Mexican poet. She was born in Córdoba, Veracruz, in 1971 and studied creative writing at the Writer's General Society of Mexico (Sociedad General de Escritores de México, SOGEM). In 2000, she won the Ephraim Huerta National Prize of Poetry for ''Fábula para los cuervos.'' Miguel Ángel Estrella (4 July 1940 – 7 April 2022) was an Argentine pianist, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and a juror of the Russell Tribunal. As a pianist, he numbered Celia de Bronstein, Erwin Leuchter, and Nadia Boulanger among his mentors. He was born in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina. He went into exile on 1976 during the National Reorganization Process and was imprisoned and tortured in 1977 by the Civic-military dictatorship of Uruguay. He was released in 1980.
