''LSG2'' is the second and final studio album by R&B group LSG. It was released on July 28, 2003 by Elektra Records. LSG (band)
LSG is an R&B supergroup, composed of R&B artists Gerald Levert from Cleveland, Ohio, Keith Sweat from Harlem, New York and Johnny Gill from Washington, D.C. The group's name "LSG" is derived from the first letter in the last name of each artist (Levert, Sweat, Gill). In 1997, LSG released their debut album titled '' Levert.Sweat.Gill''. With the chart-topping lead single " My Body", the album was quickly certified platinum. LSG released a follow-up final album in 2003 titled ''LSG2''. Johnny Gill announced on the September 12, 2013 episode of ''The Arsenio Hall Show'' that Eddie Levert, Gerald's father, will replace him as the "L" in LSG. Gerald Levert died in 2006. Mike City (born Michael Flowers) is an American singer, songwriter and record producer. He is best known for producing the singles "I Wish" for Carl Thomas, " Heard It All Before" for Sunshine Anderson, "Full Moon" for Brandy and "One Woman Man" for Dave Hollister. Career He became a mentor of Anderson's after a friend discovered her singing a song by Lalah Hathaway in the cafeteria line at North Carolina Central University. He earned the moniker "Mike City" because he was an avid listener of the house music group Ten City. Gerald Levert
Gerald Edward Levert (July 13, 1966 – November 10, 2006) was an Americans, American singer-songwriter and producer. Levert was best known for singing with his brother, Sean Levert, and friend Marc Gordon of the vocal group LeVert. Levert was also a member of LSG (band), LSG, a supergroup comprising Keith Sweat, Johnny Gill, and himself. Levert is the son of Eddie Levert, who is the lead singer of the R&B/soul music, soul vocal group the O'Jays. He released nine solo albums, six with LeVert, two with his father Eddie Levert, two with LSG, as well as discovering the R&B groups the Rude Boys, Men at Large and 1 of the Girls. Whodini is an American hip hop group that was formed in 1982. The Brooklyn, New York-based trio consisted of vocalist and main lyricist Jalil Hutchins; co-vocalist John Fletcher, a.k.a. Ecstasy (who wore a Zorro-style hat as his trademark; June 7, 1964 – December 23, 2020); and turntable artist DJ Drew Carter, a.k.a. Grandmaster Dee.
