Lanco (stylized as LANCO, formerly LANco) is an American country music band consisting of Brandon Lancaster (lead vocals), Chandler Baldwin (bass guitar), Jared Hampton (keyboards), Tripp Howell (drums), and Eric Steedly (guitar). The band was signed to Arista Nashville. The band's name is short for Lancaster and Company. Music career The band was founded in 2015. After meeting record producer Jay Joyce at a Keith Urban concert, they signed to his publishing company, and then to Arista Nashville. Through the label, they released their debut four-song EP, titled ''Extended Play'' on April 15, 2016. They also released their first single from the album, "Long Live Tonight", and another one of their songs, "Greatest Love Story", appears in the Netflix series ''The Ranch'' as well as season 22 of ABC's '' The Bachelor''. Lanco is a city and commune in southern Chile administered by the Municipality of Lanco. It is located in Valdivia Province in Los Ríos Region, about northeast of Valdivia by road, close to Cruces River. Demographics According to the 2002 census of the National Statistics Institute, Lanco spans an area of and has 15,107 inhabitants (7,415 men and 7,692 women). Of these, 10,383 (68.7%) lived in urban areas and 4,724 (31.3%) in rural areas. Between the 1992 and 2002 censuses, the population grew by 9.8% (1,350 persons). Alberto Lanco
Alberto Gallego Laencuentra (born 16 March 1974) is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a midfielder, and a manager. Gallego was also a singer, and played under the name of Lanco. Career Born in Lleida, Catalonia, Gallego represented CD Binéfar, Alcobendas CF and UD Benabarre as a player. After retiring with the latter in 2009, he was named manager, and helped the side to promote to the ''Regional Preferente'' in 2012. In December 2012, Gallego resigned from his club to take over hometown side CE EFAC Almacelles, achieving promotion to Primera Catalana before leaving in 2014. In the 2015–16 season, he worked at Rayo Vallecano's staff while managing their ''Juvenil'' squad. In 2016, Gallego moved abroad and joined Rayo OKC as their director of football. Lanco Infratech (Lagadapati Amarappa Naidu and Company Infratech) was a large Indian conglomerate that became insolvent in 2017. It was involved in construction, power, real estate, and several other segments. One of the first Independent Power Producers (IPP) in India, in 2011 it became the largest private power provider in India.
