Asociación Civil LALA Fútbol Club is a Venezuelan football club based in Ciudad Guayana, which played in the Venezuelan Primera División between the 2019 and 2021 seasons. It was founded in 2011 and plays its home matches at the Polideportivo Cachamay. Polideportivo Cachamay
The Estadio Cachamay is part of the Centro Total de Entretenimiento Cachamay (English: The Total Entertainment Center of Cachamay). It is a multipurpose stadium located on Avenida Guayana in Puerto Ordaz (Part of Ciudad Guayana) Bolivar State, Venezuela. The old stadium was opened in 1980 and subjected to an expansion, modernization and remodeling over the years 1990 and 2006–2007, which involved the demolition of some parts and redesign of its structure to point to double its capacity before 2006, being one of the 9 host stadiums of the 2007 Copa América, when it reopened as Cachamay CTE. Elías Jarol Rafael Emmons Cova (born 11 December 1981) is a Venezuelan football manager. He is the current assistant manager of Mineros. Career Emmons was initially an assistant of Del Valle Rojas at Segunda División side Estudiantes de Caroní, but became an interim for the latter stages of the 2013–14 season, where his team could not avoid relegation to the Tercera División. 2021 Venezuelan Primera División Season
The 2021 Primera División season, officially Liga de Fútbol Profesional Venezolano or ''Liga FUTVE'', was the 65th season of the Venezuelan Primera División, the top-flight football league in Venezuela, and the 40th season since the start of the professional era. The season started on 11 April and ended on 11 December 2021. Deportivo Táchira were the champions, winning their ninth league title by defeating Caracas 4–2 on penalties following a 0–0 draw after extra time in the final. Deportivo La Guaira were the defending champions, but they were eliminated in Fase Final A. Format changes The league was expanded to 21 teams as relegation was suspended for the previous season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Primera División (; en, First Division), or Liga Venezolana (; en, Venezuelan League) is the top-flight professional football league of Venezuela. It was created in 1921 and turned professional in 1957. It is organized by the Federación Venezolana de Fútbol. The 2019 Primera División season, officially Liga de Fútbol Profesional Venezolano or ''Liga FUTVE'', was the 38th professional season of Venezuela's top-flight football league. Zamora were the defending champions, but in the ''Torneo Apertura'' they were knocked out by Mineros in the quarter-finals and in the ''Torneo Clausura'' they failed to advance to the knockout stage.
