Lyngdal Idrettslag
Lyngdal Idrettslag is a local sports club from Lyngdal. It is the youth club of Ingvild Stensland, former captain of the Norway women's national football team. Lyngdal
is a municipality in Agder county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Lister. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Alleen. Some of the main villages in Lyngdal include Austad, Byremo, Fleseland, Hæåk, Konsmo, Korshamn, Kvås, Skomrak, Svenevik, and Vivlemo. Zlatko Tripić (born 2 December 1992) is a Norwegian-Bosnian footballer who plays as a winger for Viking FK. Club career Tripić was born in Rijeka, Croatia to Bosnian parents. Stefan Strandberg
Ken Remi Stefan Strandberg (born 25 July 1990) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Eliteserien club Vålerenga and the Norway national team. Hailing from Lyngdal, Strandberg started his senior career for Mandalskameratene before he moved to Vålerenga in 2009. After three seasons with the Oslo-based club, he joined Rosenborg ahead of the 2012 season. Raymond Hofstædter (born 24 December 1979) is a Norwegian football striker. A journeyman footballer, Hofstædter most notably played for Start in the Norwegian Premier League. Before this he played in Lyngdal IL and FK Mandalskameratene. He later played for Eik-Tønsberg, FK Arendal, FK Ørn-Horten, Larvik Fotball, Randesund IL, Drøbak/Frogn IL, FK Vigør and Vindbjart FK. Espen Hægeland
Espen Hægeland (born 27 September 1981) is a Norwegian footballer who played as a winger for Bryne, Mandalskameratene and Sandnes Ulf in the Norwegian First Division. He has later been player-coach at Hana and assistant player-coach at Mandalskameratene and Lyngdal. Career Hægeland was born in Lyngdal, and started his career in the local club Lyngdal IL. He scored 25 goals in 22 matches for Lyngdal in the Third Division in the 2004 season and was invited on a trial with Mandalskameratene ahead of the 2005 season, but was not offered a contract with the club and joined Bryne instead. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the programme at the Atlanta 1996.
