Luhansk People's Republic–Russia Relations
Luhansk People's Republic–Russia relations were bilateral relations between Russia and the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR). The LPR is International recognition of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, widely internationally unrecognized, with most of the international community regarding the LPR as a Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian military occupation of a portion of Ukraine's Luhansk Oblast (over 90% as of October 2022). The LPR was Russian annexation of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, annexed by Russia on 30 September 2022; the LPR authorities willingly acceded to Russia, and the annexation is widely internationally unrecognized. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin; (born 7 October 1952) is a Russian politician and former intelligence officer who holds the office of president of Russia.
