Luciano Silva da Silva (; born 13 June 1987), simply known as Luciano, is a Brazilian professional footballer who played as a centre back. Club career After playing for several clubs in the lower leagues of Brazilian football, Silva signed for Rangers in the Hong Kong First Division in 2013 from Vietnamese club An Giang. He made his debut for the club in a 1–2 away win against Kitchee. He scored his first goal against Yokohama FC Hong Kong. On 3 July 2017, it was revealed that Lee Man had added Luciano ahead of the 2017-18 season. On 9 August 2019, after being a free agent for a year, Luciano signed for another Hong Kong Premier League club Happy Valley. On 2 June 2020, the club announced that his contract had been renewed for the following season. Hong Kong First Division
The Hong Kong First Division League () is the second-highest division in the Hong Kong football league system. Established in 1908, it is the third oldest in Asia. The league was formerly the highest division in Hong Kong until the formation of the Hong Kong Premier League in 2014. Since 1908, a total of 29 clubs have been crowned champions of the Hong Kong football system. South China are the most successful club, having won 41 times since their first participation in 1941. The Hong Kong Football Association Limited (), often abbreviated to the HKFA, is the governing body of association football in Hong Kong. Its current chairman is Pui Kwan Kay and its Chief Executive Officer is Joaquin Tam. History The HKFA was established in 1914. The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong was established by Governor of Hong Kong, Governor MacLehose of Beoch, Sir Murray MacLehose on 15 February 1974, when Hong Kong was under colonial Hong Kong, British rule. Its main aim was to clean up endemic corruption in the many departments of the Government of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Government through law enforcement, prevention and community education.
