Lu Ziyue
Lu Ziyue (; born March 1962) is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in east China's Zhejiang province. He was put under investigation by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-corruption agency in March 2016. Previously he served as mayor of Ningbo. He is the second provincial-ministerial rank official sacked for graft from Zhejiang province in the anti-corruption campaign following the 18th Party Congress, after Si Xinliang. Biography Lu was born in Yongkang, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jinhua, in Zhejiang province, in March 1962. He entered the workforce in November 1979, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in August 1982. He served in various administrative and political roles in Yongkang County before serving as mayor of Dongyang. Jinhua
, alternately romanized as Kinhwa, is a prefecture-level city in central Zhejiang province in eastern China. It borders the provincial capital of Hangzhou to the northwest, Quzhou to the southwest, Lishui to the south, Taizhou to the east, and Shaoxing to the northeast. Its population was 7,050,683 as of the 2020 census including 1,463,990 in the built-up (or metro) area made of two urban districts (not including yet the satellite city of Lanxi, which has become essentially a suburban offshoot of Jinhua's main urban area). Jinhua is rich in red soil and forest resources. The Jinhua or Wu River flows through the Lan and Fuchun to the Qiantang River beside Hangzhou, which flows into Hangzhou Bay and the East China Sea. Ling Jihua (; born 22 October 1956) is a former Chinese politician and one of the principal political advisers of former leader Hu Jintao. Ling was best known for his tenure as chief of the General Office of the Chinese Communist Party between 2007 and 2012. Ling was charged with corruption, bribery, and other misconduct and was sentenced to life imprisonment as part of a larger campaign carried out by Xi Jinping. Ling began his career as a functionary in regional branches of the Communist Youth League in his native Shanxi Province.
