Loston
Scott Daniel Mellor (born 7 May 1982), known by his stage name Loston, is an Australian music producer and graphic designer. He rose to popularity in mid 2012, releasing reworks (bootlegs) of popular indie songs by James Blake, Banks, Sampha, and London Grammar. Loston grabbed the attention of many prominent blogs including Hypetrak and Earmilk, catapulting his remixes to the top of the Hype Machine charts on three occasions and chalking up millions of SoundCloud plays. Loston released his first solo single since the Echoes EP (2018) called Wait in April 2021. In January 2020 Loston collaborated with Slumberjack, HWLS, Twerl and ShockOne on the song Inferno which was released on bandcamp, all proceeds from the track were donated to the Australian Red Cross Bushfire appeal, in relation to the devastating bushfires at the time. Adena Williams Loston
Adena Williams Loston (born 1952) is the 14th president of St. Philip’s College. She was installed as the new president in ceremonies on March 1, 2007. St. Philip’s College, located in San Antonio, Texas, is the only historically Black college and Hispanic-serving institution in the United States. Education Loston earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Alcorn State University in 1973. She received her Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from Bowling Green State University in 1974 and 1979 respectively. She also attended the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University in 1996. Career Loston has taught as an associate professor at Georgia State University and an instructor at Arkansas State University and Houston Community College. Craig Loston
Craig Anthony Loston, Jr. (born December 21, 1989) is a former American football safety. He played college football at LSU, and signed with the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2014. Early life Loston attended Eisenhower High School in Houston, Texas, where he was a four-sport star in football, basketball, track and baseball. In track & field, he was timed at 10.4 seconds in the 100-meter dash. Regarded as a five-star recruit, Loston was ranked as the best safety in the country by ''Rivals.com''. College career Loston played in two games as a true freshman in 2009 before suffering an injury and being redshirted. Loston Harris
Loston Harris is an American jazz pianist and vocalist. Harris plays primarily from the Great American Songbook in a traditional style. He is a regular performer at various venues in New York City including Jazz at Lincoln Center, has recorded five albums, and appeared in a feature film. Biography Loston Harris began his studies at Virginia Commonwealth University as a percussion major. After hearing Harris playing the piano, visiting professor Ellis Marsalis urged the percussionist to switch instruments. Harris later transferred to Howard University where he studied piano with Geri Allen and Billy Taylor. In 1995 Harris toured with Wynton Marsalis, and in 1996 with Marcus Roberts. Loston Wallace (born 1970) is an American freelance comic book artist and comics-licensing illustrator. Biography Wallace attended The Kubert School from 1994-1996. In 1996, Wallace married Carolyn Waterson, who had also attended the Kubert School. Wallace began his freelance art career in 1996, providing interior illustration for role-playing games such as Pinnacle Entertainment's ''Deadlands'' RPG and FASA Corporation's ''Battletech'' and '' Mechwarrior'' games. He worked as a freelance illustrator for roleplaying games for five years, working on games like ''Shadowrun'', West End's ''Star Wars'' and ''Indiana Jones'', and GURPS ''Old West''. In 1998, Wallace began freelancing for DC Comics' licensing department, illustrating Batman Animated and Superman Animated children's books, based on the television animated series.
