Al Lohman
Al Lohman (January 15, 1933, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa – October 14, 2002, Rancho Mirage, California) was a personality and comedian with a long career in American radio from the 1950s through the 1980s and into the 1990s. Among his early career stops was a stint as morning man at New York City top-40 station WABC (AM) when it first adopted a pop music format in 1960. But he's best remembered as a Los Angeles, California radio personality who, along with Roger Barkley, had the top-rated morning drive ''The Lohman and Barkley Show'' on KFI Los Angeles through most of the 1970s and early 1980s. Their fame extended beyond the Los Angeles area, as the duo were frequent guests on ''The Ed Sullivan Show'' and were hosts of two short-lived game shows. The first was a 1969 NBC daytime series, ''Lohman & Barkley's Name Droppers'', while the second was a syndicated 1979 entry, ''Bedtime Stories''. Alexander De Savornin Lohman
Jhr. Alexander Frederik de Savornin Lohman (29 May 1837 – 11 June 1924) was a Dutch politician and leader of the Christian Historical Union during the first quarter of the 20th century. He was a member of the lower Dutch nobility and held the predicate of ''jonkheer''. He was born into a family of Walloon Reformed extraction. During his studies he became a supporter of the anti-revolutionary cause of Guillaume Groen van Prinsterer and he was elected to the Dutch House of Representatives for the Anti-Revolutionary Party (ARP) in 1879. He remained a member of parliament until 1921. Throughout his career he would serve as member of the House of Representatives, member of the Senate and, for a short while, minister. He was noted for his vehement attacks against his opponents, but was generally considered to be receptive of the arguments of his peers. Johannes Hermanus Petrus "Jan" Lohman (born 18 February 1959) is a Dutch former association football, footballer. He played as a central midfielder, and represented his country at Netherlands U-21 national football team, under-21 level. Born in Dussen, North Brabant, Lohman played for several Belgian and Dutch clubs, and also spent five seasons in English football with Watford F.C., Watford.
