Locket (1986 Film)
''Locket'' is a 1986 Indian Hindi-language action film, produced by Tahir Hussain on T.V. Films banner and directed by Ramesh Ahuja. Starring Jeetendra, Rekha, Vinod Mehra and music composed by Bappi Lahiri. Plot The film revolves around a valuable heritage treasure belonging to a royal dynasty. Its heritor Rajasaab is surrounded & slaughtered by his spiteful cousin Tagore Veer Pratap Singh. Before dying, Raja Saab entrusts the guardianship of the route map and his heir Rajkumar Anil Pratap Singh to his true blue Diwan Sardarilal. Diwan makes the map into two pieces and hides it in two identical lockets. The first he places to Rajkumar and the second is given to his son Shankar. Jeetendra
Ravi Kapoor ( ; born 7 April 1942), known mononymously by his screen name Jeetendra, is an Indian actor who is known for his work in Hindi cinema. He also serves as the chairman of the Balaji Telefilms and Balaji Motion Pictures. Early life Jeetendra was born in a Punjabi Khatri family as Ravi Kapoor in Amritsar, Punjab, to Amarnath and Krishna Kapoor, whose business dealt with imitation jewellery, supplied to film industry. He attended St. Sebastian's Goan High School in Girgaum, Mumbai with his friend Rajesh Khanna and then studied at Siddharth College in Mumbai. While supplying jewellery to V. Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jaffrey (29 March 1939 – 8 July 2020), better known by his stage name Jagdeep, was an Indian actor and comedian who appeared in more than 400 films. He played Soorma Bhopali in ''Sholay'' (1975), Machchar in ''Purana Mandir'' (1983), Salman Khan's dad in ''Andaz Apna Apna'' (1994) and directed the movie ''Soorma Bhopali'', with his character as the protagonist. Shailendra Singh (singer)
Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali. Early life Shailendra Singh was born on 4 October 1952 in Mumbai, India to a Punjabi family. He studied at Hill Grange High School at Peddar Road, and did his graduation from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He then joined the Film and Television Institute of India in Pune to train as an actor. Mahendra Kapoor
Mahendra Kapoor (9 January 1934 – 27 September 2008) was an Indian playback singer. In a long career spanning decades, his repertoire included popular songs such as ''Chalo ekbaar phir se Ajnabi ban jayen hum dono'' ( Gumrah) and ''Neele Gagan ke tale'' (Hamraaz). His name however became most closely associated with patriotic songs including Mere Desh Ki Dharti in Manoj Kumar's film Upkaar. Mohammed Rafi
Mohammed Rafi (24 December 1924 – 31 July 1980) was an Indian playback singer and musician. He is considered to have been one of the greatest and most influential singers of the Indian subcontinent. Rafi was notable for his versatility and range of voice; his songs varied from fast peppy numbers to patriotic songs, sad numbers to highly romantic songs, qawwalis to ghazals and bhajans to classical songs. Hamid Ali Murad (24 September 1911 – 24 April 1997) known simply as Murad was an Indian character actor who appeared in more than 100 Hindi language films from the early 1940s through to the end of the 1980s, playing character roles of a father, police officer, judge and an emperor.
