Livyntsi Rural Hromada
Livyntsi ( uk, Лівинці; ro, Levinți) is a village in Dnistrovskyi Raion, Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. It is the administrative centre of Livyntsi rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Until 18 July 2020, Livyntsi was located in Kelmentsi Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Chernivtsi Oblast to three. Kelmentsi Raion
Kelmentsi Raion ( uk, Кельменецький район) was an administrative raion (district) in the southern part of Chernivtsi Oblast in western Ukraine, on the Romanian border. It was part of the historical region of Bessarabia. The administrative center was the urban-type settlement of Kelmentsi. The region had an area of . Russian is the most common first language in the Donbas and Crimea regions of Ukraine and the city of Kharkiv, and the predominant language in large cities in the eastern and southern portions of the country. A hromada ( uk, територіальна громада, lit=territorial community, translit=terytorialna hromada) is a basic unit of administrative division in Ukraine, similar to a municipality.
