Pauline Chan (, vi, Trần Bảo Lính; born 1956) is an Australian actress, director, screenwriter and producer. Early life Born and raised 16 years in Vietnam, Pauline Chan was sent to Hong Kong during the Vietnam War. She is of Chinese descent. Chan attended high school, enrolled in drama school, and worked as an actress in Hong Kong. Later, she traveled to the United States and studied Film at the University of California, Los Angeles. Andrew McFarlane (born 6 June 1951) is an Australian actor with many stage and screen credits. Personal life McFarlane was born in Albany, Western Australia. Born in Manchester, England, Hope's family emigrated to the steel and ship building town of Whyalla, South Australia, where he was educated by the Christian Brothers.
