John B
John Bryn Williams (born 1977), known as John B, is an English disc jockey and electronic music producer. He is widely recognised for his eccentric clothing and wild hair and his production of several cutting edge drum and bass tracks. John B ranked number 76 in ''DJ Magazine''s 2010 Top 100 DJs annual poll, announced on 27 October 2010. Career Williams was born on 12 July 1977 in Maidenhead, Berkshire. He started producing music around the age of 14, and now is the head of drum and bass record label Beta Recordings, together with its more specialist drum and bass sub-labels Nu Electro, Tangent, and Chihuahua. He also has releases on Formation Records, Metalheadz and Planet Mu. Williams was ranked 92nd drum and bass DJ on the 2009 ''DJ Magazine'' top 100. New Toronto Secondary School
New Toronto Secondary School (New Toronto S.S., NTSS or New Toronto), formerly known as Long Branch Continuation School and New Toronto Vocational School is a former public high school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It existed from 1926 until 1983 in the old town of New Toronto and later the suburb of Etobicoke. This school was operated by the New Toronto Board of Education, which was then merged into the Etobicoke Board of Education and the Toronto District School Board. It was one of the first vocational schools to serve the southern area in the former City of Etobicoke. The motto of this school was "Respice Ad Finem" which translated from Latin into ''Keep Looking to the End''. Built in 1951, Lakeshore Collegiate is a merger of New Toronto Secondary School and Alderwood Collegiate Institute. It is situated on the northwest corner of Kipling Avenue and Birmingham Street in Ward 3 of the Toronto District School Board. It serves the New Toronto, Long Branch, Alderwood, and Mimico neighbourhoods. George Harvey Collegiate Institute (George Harvey CI, GHCI also known simply as Harvey) was a high school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was formerly known as George Harvey Vocational School and George Harvey Secondary School. It was located in the former suburb of York and was part of the Toronto District School Board. Before 1998, it was part of the Board of Education for the City of York. The school opened in 1952 as the first vocational school in the former City of York for students who want to pursue skilled trades. It became a composite secondary school focused on technology and offered a STEPS to University program, as well as a program called Game Design. Don Mills Collegiate Institute
Don Mills Collegiate Institute (DMCI) is a high school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Located in the Don Mills neighbourhood, it serves an ethnically diverse student population of approximately 1000. As of 2017, 67% of students speak a first language other than English. The school opened in 1959. Location Initially, the board planned to build two separate schools on the site with a shared heating plant, but in October 1957, trustee Dorothy Bishop prepared a report which raised the possibility of saving money by placing the two schools under one roof, as had previously been done in Vancouver and Calgary. DMCI shares its building with Don Mills Middle School (formerly Don Mills Junior High); however, the two schools have different street addresses and the buildings are designed in a way that keeps the two schools separated except for a common library and connecting hallways. The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH, pronounced , french: Centre de toxicomanie et de santé mentale) is a psychiatric teaching hospital located in Toronto and ten community locations throughout the province of Ontario, Canada. Bata Shoes Head Office
The Bata Shoes Head Office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, was Bata Shoes' former headquarters. The white, pavilion-like building, designed by architect John B. Parkin and completed in 1965 was considered by many as an example of the Modern Movement in architecture. Located atop a hill on Wynford Drive, by the major intersection of Eglinton Avenue and the Don Mills Road in the district of North York, its architecture and location made it a well-known landmark in the city.
