Grieg Seafood () is an international seafood company with fish farms in Rogaland and Finnmark in Norway, British Columbia and Shetland. The company specializes in fresh Atlantic salmon. It has an annual production of 80,000 tonnes of salmon and trout. The company is based in Bergen, Norway, and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The company was listed on July 20, 2007. The largest owners are Grieg Holdings (40.63%) and Halde Invest (20.54%). The corporation was previously a subsidiary of the Grieg Group, and is still co-located with its largest owner in Downtown Bergen. In 2006, the company performed a merger with Volden Group and has previously also operated in Denmark and Chile. Abba Seafood
Abba Seafood AB, formerly Abba AB, with head offices in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a company producing preserved fish products. The main factory is located in Kungshamn. The company was established in Bergen 1838 and in the 1850s it moved to Stockholm. The name AB Bröderna Ameln, ABBA, was registered in 1906. In 1981, it was merged into Volvo, was sold to Procordia and is since 1995 a part of the Norwegian Orkla ASA. In 2013, Abba Seafood was acquired by Orkla Foods Sverige AB. Some of the company's best-known products include the fish roe paste '' Kalles kaviar'' and Abba pickled herring.
