Contemporary Christian Music

Rhema Media (previously known as Rhema Broadcasting Group or RBG) is a Christian media organisation in New Zealand. It owns radio networks Rhema, Life FM and Star, and television station Shine TV. It also publishes Bob Gass's quarterly devotional publication ''The Word For Today'', and a youth version called '' The Word For You Today''. Rhema Media is based in Newton, Auckland and is the founding organisation of United Christian Broadcasters (UCB). The Sound (radio)
The Sound, earlier known as Solid Gold FM, is a New Zealand radio network owned by MediaWorks New Zealand. Solid Gold began broadcasting on 13 October 1997 and was rebranded as The Sound on 1 January 2012. The Sound has a classic rock format, playing "the greatest music of all time" from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. The station appeals to an older audience than most popular and rock music stations in New Zealand. History As Solid Gold FM Solid Gold FM started in Auckland on 13 October 1997 broadcasting on 93.4FM. This frequency was previously used to broadcast Kool 93, a station that played a similar format to Solid Gold. The Rock is a New Zealand mainstream rock music radio station. The station targets 25–44 with a male skew, but has a significant female fan base. Piopio is a small town in the Waitomo District. It is situated on approximately 23 km from Te Kuiti. Demographics Statistics New Zealand describes Piopio as a rural settlement, which covers . More FM is a New Zealand radio network that plays hot adult contemporary music. It is operated by MediaWorks New Zealand.
