World Wonder Ring Stardom (スターダム 女子プロレス), often referred to simply as Stardom (stylized as ST★RDOM), is a Japanese '' joshi puroresu'' or women's professional wrestling promotion based in Tokyo, Japan. Stardom was founded in September 2010 by former All Japan Women co-producer Rossy Ogawa, retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Fuka Kakimoto, and All Japan Women veteran professional wrestler Nanae Takahashi. Stardom is currently owned by Japanese card game company Bushiroad, making it the sister promotion of New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Goddesses Of Stardom Tag League
The is a professional wrestling round-robin tag team tournament held annually by the Japanese professional wrestling promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom. It was created in 2011. The Goddesses of Stardom Tag League are held under a multi-point system. Two points for a win, one for a time-limit draw, and none for any other kind of loss. The team finishing atop the points standings are considered the winners of their respective blocks. The winners of the final match between both block winners will be considered the champions. All the matches in the tournament have a 20-minute time limit. The tournament was previously known as the ''Goddesses of Stardom Tag Title League'' until 2012 when it was also disputed for the Goddess of Stardom Championship. Arisa Hoshiki
(born October 13, 1995) is a Japanese singer, songwriter, retired professional wrestler, and former shoot boxer. In professional wrestling, she worked in the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, where she was Wonder of Stardom Champion, the promotion's secondary title. She vacated the championship on May 20, 2020, after she retired due to injury. Since 2018, Hoshiki had performed in the band Unlimited Dream Navigator, under the name Udon Sato (うどん佐藤), as part of which she performed her wrestling theme song. The band disbanded in 2021. Storylines The show featured fourteen Cinderella Tournament matches and a dark match with scripted storylines, where wrestlers portray villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. The matches can be won by pinfall, submission or elimination over the top rope. A time-limit draw or a double elimination means a loss for each competitor.
