An intelligence agency is a government agency responsible for the collection, Intelligence analysis, analysis, and exploitation of information in support of law enforcement, national security, military, public safety, and foreign policy objectives. Means of information gathering are both overt and covert and may include espionage, signals intelligence, communication interception, cryptanalysis, cooperation with other institutions, and evaluation of public sources. The assembly and propagation of this information is known as intelligence analysis or intelligence assessment. The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights ( es, Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos; MJyDH) of Argentina is a ministry of the national executive power tasked with enforcing of the law and administration of justice and upholding human rights. The ministry was created in 1949, during the first presidency of Juan Domingo Perón, and has been consistently present in every presidential cabinet since then.
